Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to improve financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
