Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to track financial data and generate reports.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and controls.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with GAAP and federal tax regulations.
