Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for corporate clients and government contracts
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account reconciliations within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate contract invoicing
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP systems for billing configuration and reporting
- Comply with HIPAA/FINRA regulations for sensitive financial data handling
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial statement support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of medical/corporate billing experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing software (e.g., Medisoft, QuickBooks)
- SAP or ERP system implementation experience required
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for client/vendor interactions
