Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ enterprise clients using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and chargebacks with 98% accuracy
- Optimize invoicing workflows to reduce DSO by 15% quarterly
- Conduct monthly revenue reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Implement billing process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Ensure HIPAA/SOX compliance for all financial transactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/receivables experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or similar credential preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Experience managing high-volume billing cycles ($50M+ annual revenue)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
