Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, verification, and distribution
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Process insurance claims and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and internal financial controls
- Generate monthly revenue reports and analyze billing trends
- Optimize billing workflows using SAP and Salesforce systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in healthcare or tech
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and billing software
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or similar credential preferred
- Expertise in medical coding (CPT/ICD-10) and insurance claim processing
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
