- Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to billing regulations
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
- Train staff on billing software updates and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in Epic, Medisoft, or similar EHR/billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Proven ability to reduce claim denials by 20%+
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
