Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Assist in budgeting processes and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and operational improvements
- Implement and optimize internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Support tax preparation and filing processes for corporate entities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience with multi-state tax compliance a plus
