Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and proactively offering banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on client needs
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and anti-money laundering regulations
- Collaborate with branch managers to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or banking environment
- Proven ability to maintain 100% cash drawer reconciliation accuracy
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Federal background check and fingerprint clearance
