Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate financial solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions efficiently
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Uphold exceptional service standards during peak banking hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates strongly preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
