Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all banking channels
- Actively cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, accounts)
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and transaction disputes efficiently
- Balance daily cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
- Support branch operations through backup coverage for other roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
