Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation reports
- Open new accounts, update records, and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Utilize digital banking tools to assist customers with mobile and online services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail with financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client rapport
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- FBI background check and fingerprinting required upon hire
