Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and offering solutions
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Act as brand ambassador by delivering exceptional in-branch experiences
- Support branch initiatives including cross-selling and community outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
