Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and anti-fraud protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies to branch manager
- Train on new banking technologies and process improvements
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and digital banking platforms
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish highly desirable
- Must pass federal background check and credit check
- Valid Illinois driver's license not required
