Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information in secure systems
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
