Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budget forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-ready financial reports and presentations for the C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead month-end closing activities ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements and revenue growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software (Power BI a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and SEC reporting requirements
