Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products while building lasting customer relationships
- Assist with new account openings and document verification processes
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
