Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing financial needs
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet client goals
- Maintain accurate transaction records and uphold security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and relationship building
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
- Must pass background check and credit check
