Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by providing personalized financial advice and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain security awareness and implement fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass background check and credit review
