Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfer, and check.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
