Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal financial controls
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews and tax preparations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain detailed financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience with multi-entity organizations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing payroll cycles and financial reporting
