You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the month-end close process during critical off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing procedures specifically during the weekend shift.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card statement verifications.
- Prepare and analyze key financial reports, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting management software.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently during weekend shifts.
