Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with insightful commentary
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budget forecasting and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax preparations
- Implement and improve accounting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead month-end closing activities with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and MS Excel
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
