Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable for the weekend team.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Review expense reports and invoice documentation for accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to optimize cash flow and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively during weekend shifts as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
