Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for weekend operations
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for weekend financial activities
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
