Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume account reconciliation and data entry during night hours.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing with strict accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and GAAP standards.
- Communicate with vendors and team members regarding discrepancies.
- Support the month-end close process efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing is highly desirable.
