Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
