Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a nightly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal company financial policies.
- Collaborate with the Florida branch to standardize financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
