Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Manage expense reports, vendor invoicing, and tax documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal regulations
- Support annual audits and provide financial insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
