Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements including profit/loss statements and balance sheets
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely tax compliance
- Oversee bank account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with audits and financial reporting for diverse client portfolios
- Implement and maintain robust bookkeeping systems using QuickBooks Online
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or Certified Bookkeeper designation preferred
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and Florida tax regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills for client collaboration
