Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with GAAP
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
