Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment processes using NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with procurement team to resolve pricing and contract discrepancies
- Implement internal controls for fraud prevention and compliance
- Analyze vendor payment data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
