- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Oversee tax preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Streamline accounting workflows using advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
- Lead budgeting cycles and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, advanced Excel functions, and accounting software
- Proven track record in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
