Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliation processes
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with exceptional attention to detail
- Generate financial reports and statements for executive leadership
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexibility
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
