Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support tax preparation and filing processes
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Knowledge of Oregon state tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
