- Manage and reconcile financial statements for 15+ clients monthly
- Prepare accurate tax documents and compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain detailed QuickBooks and Excel databases
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews
- Provide strategic financial guidance to small business owners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
