Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead budgeting processes and variance reporting for executive leadership
- Implement internal controls and process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Support tax compliance filings and regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintain financial databases and generate customized executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance and payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
