The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage the financial operations during our night shift. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records while supporting the business's 24-hour operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the payroll processing for the night shift team and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices against general ledgers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records within the accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage).
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, night-shift environment.
