Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Conduct bank reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal audit support
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting to executive leadership
- Oversee tax compliance filings and documentation for federal, state, and local requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) to maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with timely deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
