We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position based in Georgia, offering the flexibility to work from home while managing critical financial operations for our growing enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and financial audits.
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
