Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures in a timely manner.
- Assist with financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
