Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Process payroll data and ensure tax compliance.
- Assist with audits and financial analysis as required.
- Ensure all financial records are up to date and compliant with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
