Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and strategic planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
