Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards for leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
