Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients including AP/AR, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Oversee QuickBooks implementation and optimization for new clients
- Coordinate tax documentation preparation with CPA partners
- Develop custom financial reporting dashboards for client stakeholders
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero material discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (PivotTables/VLOOKUP)
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ annual client revenue streams
- Expertise in sales tax filing for Texas businesses
- Certification in QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor or equivalent
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with 100% audit compliance record
