Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create comprehensive models and forecasts supporting strategic planning
- Develop and maintain budgets, variance reports, and KPI dashboards for departmental review
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify investment opportunities and risk factors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations with clear actionable recommendations
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining accurate financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
