Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to predict revenue streams, analyze market trends, and support long-term strategic planning.
- Budget Management: Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor variances, and provide variance analysis reports to senior leadership.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Capital Allocation: Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial reporting processes and implement automation tools to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to relevant financial standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) or CFA/CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
