Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll records
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for client review
- Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account analysis
- Utilize QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
- Strong attention to detail with error-free financial record management
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with GA accounting regulations
