Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and monthly reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform complex reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing financial forecasting.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance.
- Prepare tax documentation and assist with year-end audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
