Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all financial data is up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll for multiple entities with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect discrepancies immediately.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
