Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with nightly processing deadlines
- Conduct variance analysis and provide operational insights
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Pacific Time business hours
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to meet night shift deadlines (6 PM - 2 AM PT)
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
